im looking into gettin on some creatine but im not sure what kind to get or what kinds there are. ive thought about avotar p70 but all i read on it was about how people was bashing it. any ways what im trying to ask is that will creatine help me lose fat and gain muslce mass at the same time. and also after gaining muscle and then cutting it is it neccesary to stay on the creatine or to get off of it. what kinda of creatine do yall use? also should i use creatine with a protein supplement or no? and if i do how do i do it. take both at the same time or what? thanks for all the help

Start with the basics: protein and creatine. These two are proven time after time to increase muscle mass and are both safe.

First try good ol' fashioned creatine monohydrate. It's cheap and works for most people. Take 5g immediately post-workout, you can mix it with some basic sugar like dextrose.

As for protein, you should be getting at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight every single day. Whey protein shakes can help with this, and one good time to take whey protein is 20 or 30 minutes after you have your creatine. 40g or so is fine.

Creatine will not help with fat loss, but increasing protein can. Creatine can be used for long-term, but when you're cutting, you might want to try dropping it, as it will retain water in your muscles and make you a bit more 'puffy'.

There's a ton of other stuff, but a proper diet and these two will get you great beginner gains. Eat up and train hard!

^^^ good advice. Look for the supplement (ie creatine monohydrate and whey protein) you are looking for don't look by name brand. Most the brand you are familiar with being new to lifting will cost quite a bit more do to how heavily they market it. Example Cell Tech stuff. They make quality supplements as far as I know but there are the same thing for half the price.

Try some clenbuterol alongside the creatine possibly. Did it myself, might sound slightly odd, but worked well 4 me. Shop around 4 it, its a high quality monodisaturite lipid(fat) burner. Got mine from,

Ok thanks. Do u think this would work for a routine. I work out Monday-Tuesday Wednesday-off Thursday-Friday. On work out days in the mornin take whey protein then before work out mix whey protein with creatine. Post workout creatine mixed with anator p70. Before bed whey protein. Then off days whey protein in the mornin. Creatine afternoon then whey protien before bed. Would this work or no?

Not really the best idea since he's just starting out IMO.

Ok so what about on workout days taking whey protein mixed with n.o. Explode pre work out then post work out take whey protein with 5g of creatine monohydrate. Would that be a good idea or no. Also mixing no explode and whey protein is that a good idea?

No, don't do that. NO Xplode should be taken alone 45 minutes before workout. And by the way, NO Xplode isn't as good as some other products, like NO Shotgun (if you like zero carbs) or SuperPump 250. Everyone reacts differently.

If you're on a tight budget, nitric oxide is far less important than protein and creatine.

You can do a whey protein drink 90 minutes before workout, then an NO drink 45 minutes pre-workout. Post-workout, creatine mono with some dextrose or juice, and then 20-30 minutes after that, another whey protein drink.

An hour later, eat up and eat clean!!!!

I believe dextrose is just sugar. U can just add the creatine to ur protein shake and it wont hurt anything but it absorbs a little better if take it with some sort of sugar.

I oersonally became immune to no-explode after about 4 or 5 days. The first couple of days where awesome though.
