What's your BF at right now? 6% is pretty lean I would think you'd be happy at 10%. JMO.

acatually i have been on eating right/exercising for some time now. however while getting stronger/bigger my body fat % hasnt really moved at all. ive been eating 6 meals a day with some protien and complex carbs about an hour before my workouts and just taking a protien shake about an hour before my cardio both followed up with protien imeadiatly after my workout. some small meals through out the day or some (MRB) now i would really like to drop about %6 body fat. when i used to wrestle in highschool they used to have us starve and do extreme things to get us in lower weight classes and i have also talked to osme people on a few other forums who have said that when they starve they usually drop about 25lbs in a month however im sure there is a lot of muscle losss involved in that. im am mearly asking if there is anything different i can do to focus on just getting lean then i can worry about other aspects of training.

Currently i do a 3 day slit ocnsisting of chest/tri/shoulders t
next day about an hour and a half of aerobics
then back/biceps/traps
then another 1:30 of aerobics
last day of weights i do legs/abs/grip
and another day of aerobics

most weight days last about 1:30-2 hours

so if anyone has any usefull info on anyways i can tweak my routine it would be helpfull

If you're doing all that aerobics and training and you're still at 18% then you MUST be eating alot of calories!

You should really write down everything you eat, every day including drinks and then you can see how many grams of Pro's, carb's and fats you take in daily, then you can start cutting out/down bad carbs and fats and take it from there..........with all the activity you're doing, you should be able to drop a few % points just cutting carbs and fats down

Do cardio in the AM and PM more then 3x a week. I am going to start doing it 5 days at least. I am going to do my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach ya it's a contravertial topic to eat before or to not eat before cardio. A buddy of mine did it both ways said he noticed more on the empty stomach so I'll give it a try. So my suggestion is take a look at your diet and up the cardio 5x a week 2x a day, it's better then starving yourself.

No matter what your BF or metabolism is, you still must always burn more cals than you take in to lose weight. I can tell you that those noodles are a big no no for losing weight. They are full of starch and carbs.

dont even listen to storm or vaughn the first thing u haveto put down is your metabolism do you gain fat fast or slow, do you gain it all over your body or just on certain parts and if u have a large frame at all then i can tell you what you need to lose fat and gain nice lean muscle and how tall you are the taller the better.

Just plan ahead the best you can. If you have access to a microwave, your biggest problem is gone.

One thing I like is having cans or bags of tuna with me. They make a flavored tuna in a bag and it keeps for almost as long as cans do.

I'll have to try the tuna in the back. I haven't ever bought any of those bags, I'm cheap. Like shortz said if you plan ahead you'll be fine. The night before cook everything you need for the next day. You can even cook all your chicken for the week if you want. Also, I haven't tried this I need to get one but you can cook your rice for the week if you have a rice cooker, I think I can pick up a Thai girl for 500 bucks or so. :D j/k Not sure where you can get them, I'm in a small town tough to find anything here.

I think he is confused as to what a mesomorph is. Fat people are not meso, they are endomorphs.

yea im gunna start prepairing my meals the night before. now that my gym access will be slim to none i need to start doing some things at home however im very limited there only having some dumbells here. im thinking of just working one muscle group a night like doing chest arms back shoulders then legs. best i can with some dubmells or anything i can find around the house like some pull ups or something, and just really focus on sticking to my diet.
