you dont need any of that actually. if you want to build muscle, focus on training with max intensity and take each set to failure. this will cause your muscles to break down and repair stronger and bigger. only train each muscle group once per week. also, make sure that you increase your protien intake and caloric intake.

well alot of these people are sayting you need creatine and protein shakes and stuff

trust me man..o you do NOT need any of that stuff. as long as you train properly and have a sufficient calorie overload (about 15-20 times your current body weight) you WILL GAIN WEIGHT! it's impossible not to.

You can take creatine. It wont hurt ya. Protein shakes are always a good addition to a diet. Eat lots of good food

ok this is what i suggest you do to get the mass you are looking for and remember it takes time.
First you want to start off with the right protein. Make sure you are taking whey. Drink a 20g shake when you wake up. A 40g before you work out. A 40g postworkout shake. And then possible another 20g later that day. A supplement that always helps me is an NO drink this gets everything pumpin
As far as what you should work out during the week
Monday: Chest and a little tris
Tuesday: Back and Biceps
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thurs: Legs (all legs)
Friday: Max out on bench and biceps or whatever
Then take Sat and Sun off for recovery
Let me kno what you think of this

sounds pretty good i have a mass xxx gnc brand with like 910 calories 125gcarbs 50g protein and then a nother shake just plain whey protein shake gnc brands like 20g protein and 110 carories and hardly no carbs then i got walmart creatine and some gnc l-gluthamine so how should i be takeing all that or should i take all that and how many sets and reps should i do

To be honest, I just finished a jug of GNC mass xxx. I may have gained 4 pounds at the most. I worked out 3-5 times a week. All that happend was that I gained a descent amount of strength. Like was already said. Eat everything: Steaks, BAKED chicken breast oatmeal and a lot of calories which will naturally put weight on. And if you dont workout, you will get fat. Thats whjat Im in the process of doing right now
