Default I'm 15 and I work out frequently can it affect my height?

I'm about 5'11'', 15 years old, weigh 225, and bench almost 250 I work out about 3 to 5 times a week if not more do u think it will affect my growth if I continue this

This is a big weight lifting myth. No you will NOT stunt your growth by lifting weights.

Yes it will,Bodybuilding will stunt your growth - just like it did me

Another BB myth like tall guys can't squat and tall guys can't deadlift.
