New to the Forum
let me introduce myself. im new to this forum and just recently logged out of a different bodybuilding forum where i attended for such a long time. i was a super member in the forum. unfortunatly, i tried to give a new kid advice and it wasnt good advice that everyone approved of so they all ganged up on me and talked crap so i decided to leave and join somewhere where i hope to feel more confortable.
i have a diet, here is my current routine tell me what you think and if you believe any changes should be made
Monday - Legs
Squat - 4x6 - 205 lbs
Leg Press - 3x8 - 320 lbs
Leg Extensions - 4x6 - Machine Resistant
Tuesday - Shoulders
Military Press - 4x6 - 105 lbs
Side Lateral Raises - 3x8 - 20's
Arnold Presses - 4x6 - 35's
Wednsday - Chest
Bench Press - 3x5 - 185 lbs
Decline Bench Press - 3x5 - 185 lbs
Dumbell Bench Press - 4x6 - 60's
Decline Chest Flys - 4x6 - 50's
Incline Dumbell Bench Press - 40's - 4x6
Thursday - Arms
Single Arm Alternate Dumbell Curls - 4x6 - 50's
Double Arm Barbell Curls - 4x6 - 90 lbs
Reverse Skull Crushers - 4x6 - Machine Resistant
Seated Preacher Hammer Curls - 4x6 - Machine Resistant
Dumbell Skull Crushers - 4x6 - 60 lbs
Tricep Extensions - 4x6 - Machine Resistant
Tricep Pulldowns - 4x6 - Machine Resistant
Friday - Back
Deadlift - 4x6 - 165 lbs
Bent Over Barbell Rows - 4x6 - 125 lbs
Wide Grip Pull Ups - 3x10
