eating meals
Just wondering...say you got your meal, for instance 3/4 lb of lean ground beef and about 2.5 cups of cooked rice. I would normally mix this together and eat it but sometimes my meals are seperated like a couple chicken breasts and some quaker oats. My question is: Is it better to eat carbs first and then protein? Just curious if anyone has any evidence or info on what order to consume your meals.
