Default Low Intensity or Intervals plus Post Cardio Meals???

How long would I do a LI cardio session?

What is the best thing to eat after cardio, treat it like lifting weights?

I know that my glycogen stores will be low, especially if I do it on an empty stomach. Now I am still messing around with whether or not to do LI or intervals, but what shoudl I eat. I am treating it the same as if I was lifting weights right now. Any suggestions?

hiya, intervals are meant to be the best form of cardio for burning the fat, bringing ur heart rate up to about 80-90% of its max. doing 1min intervals with 1 min rest periods is good, for around 9 intervals. Its been shown that not eating for an hour after means that ur burn additional fat, then eating something with a low GI value would be best.
On a recomendation intervals should only be done if a good level of cardio fitness has already been obtained.
