228 g prot im trying to spread prot evenly along with the carbs + fat i havent worked out exactly waht it is
im 195 now i lost some weight while on vacation money isnt a option for me and i want my diet to be perfect so what ever it takes i think im getting enough protien i dont know really where id add it in? some people say protien bars are stupid cause there not real sources of proten some say they are really good because its easier and quicker for ure body? wahta re some of ure opinions? things i should change
