Hey guys, I am new to this forum and I have worked out a lot in the past, but fell out of the swing of things. I am now working on getting back into the gym and get myself back into shape. I have read a lot of very helpful advice on some of the threads on this forum and realize there are a lot of people here with much more wisdom than myself. I basically just want to introduce myself and I am looking forward to being a part of this forum.

i actually train in springfield mo at ozark fitness. i work there ever week so thats the gym i belong too. however when in tulsa i can train at some shit hole im sure you have heard of called all american. the place that takes everyones money and doesnt put a damn dime back into it. they suck bad!!!
sometimes i just buy a day pass with my buddy to access fitness.
