Im looking to cut a few kilograms (pounds) and was advised on Eph, but wasnt sure if you eat etc... on it.

Can you answer these questions for me.

1. Can you eat on Eph, i know its a food suppresant, but can food be consumed whilst on it.

2. Does it help in short term/long term weight loss.
